Plot Summary: The Autobots learn of a Cybertronian spacecraft hidden on the Moon, and
race against the Decepticons to reach it and to learn its secrets blah blah blah... :P
Now we move on to the Plot Holes (There are way too many in this one.Its more like 140 minutes of a movie with some plot hole every 30 seconds. If you ask me , don't go to a theater to watch this one).
PLOT HOLES:
During the plot Megatron explains that his original intent of arriving
to Earth was to meet up with Sentinel Prime rather then to claim the
Allspark , however this is hard to believe considering Megatron crashed
landed several hundred years before Sentinel's arrival in the 1960s.
When the Autobots are forced to leave Earth, there are said to be nine of them. However, at this point in the movie there are eleven: Optimus, Bumblebee, Ratchet, Sideswipe, Dino, Que, the three Wreckers, Wheelie and Brains.
